As a former  Chief of the Environmental Crime Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office I built upon my invaluable experience in dealing with complex White Collar litigation. My jursidition covered Enviornmental prosecution as well as all Arson cases countywide. 

Prior to joining the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, I was a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office, New York City. I was a lead attorney in the Homicide Trials Bureau where I personally handled over 300 homicide cases, including more than 50 trials to verdict over my more than 20 year career.  In 1985 I was a member of the Office of the Nassau District Attorney.

I am an extremely seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in all phases of litigation  in white collar crimes,  violent felonies and major drug cases.  In addition, I am experienced in handling significant/noteworthy publicity cases including experience with televised trials, "Major" defendants and cases such as the Stun Gun Cops, Highway 3, John Gotti ("Jr.") & drug kingpin related murders with many successful verdicts.

Faculty Position

National District Attorney's Advocacy Center. Lecturer at the FDNY Fire Academy Bureau of Fire Investigation and to the Suffolk County Fire Chiefs on arson prosecution.
